Our Practice
Uncompromising Safety
Infection control in our office is also very important to us. To protect our patients and ourselves, we strictly maintain sterilization and cross contamination processes using standards recommended by the American Dental Association (ADA), the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and the Center for Disease Control (CDC).
Training & Expertise
As your dental health professionals, we want you to be confident knowing that we are a team of highly trained and skilled clinicians. We pride ourselves in providing the care you need to keep your smile healthy. To give you the best possible service and results, we are committed to continual education and learning. We attend dental lectures, meetings, and dental conventions to stay informed of new techniques, the latest products, and the newest equipment that a modern dental office can utilize to provide state-of-the-art dental care. Also, being members of various professional dental associations helps us to stay abreast of the changes and recommendations for our profession.
A Positive Experience
Building a foundation of trust by treating our patients as special individuals is vital to our success. We understand how uneasy some patients can feel about their dental visits, and we know that we can make a difference by providing a relaxing and positive experience. Our entire team is dedicated to providing you with excellent, personalized care and service to make your visits as comfortable and pleasant as possible.
Insurance Information
We make every effort to provide you with the finest care and the most convenient financial options. To accomplish this we work hand-in-hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures.
Patients With Dental Insurance
To assist in obtaining maximum reimbursement from your insurance carrier, we will gladly prepare and send your insurance forms for you. Please bring your insurance identification card, form and booklet with you on your first visit. Please remember that you, not your insurance company, are responsible for the full payment of any treatment. Dental insurance is not designed to be a full payment insurance. Patient co-payment is almost always required.
You may pay your bill in full, and we will gladly process your claim form. Your benefits would then be paid directly to you from your insurance company.
You may assign payment to us and we will estimate the approximate difference. This co-payment amount is due the day dental services are rendered. If the estimate is different than anticipated, we will bill you for the balance or send you a check for any overpayment. We are a participating member of the Delta Dental Premier Insurance Plan.
We treat many patients as an “out of network” provider. In most cases out of network coverage for preventive procedures (checkups/cleanings/x-rays) is similar to in-network. Please call our insurance coordinator to answer specific questions and for more information about how we can maximize your benefits.
Our ability to electronically submit claims to most dental insurance companies eliminates the patient’s burden of individual claims submission. Electronic filing leads to quicker and more accurate benefits for the patient.
Financial Policy
Patient Billing
For your convenience we accept cash, checks, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Care Credit and Discover. Payment for dental services is due on the day service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We also offer flexible financing options with approved credit.
